Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled.
• Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers may be invalid or cancelled without refund.
• Each ticket allows entry for one person only.

Entry Policy

• Please arrive at least 30-45 minutes before the show for security checks and seating.
• Late arrivals may only enter during a suitable break in the performance.
• Entry may be refused if the ticket is damaged, duplicated, or already used.

Security & Safety

• All guests are subject to security checks upon entry.
• The organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

Prohibited Items

• Outside food and beverages
• Dangerous items or weapons

• The event may be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.
• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed.

Event Changes

• The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, seating arrangements, or program if necessary.
• In case of event cancellation, ticket holders will be notified regarding refunds or rescheduling.

Liability

• The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.
